Garbiker has adequate infrastructures to attract the attention of the public and to introduce them to the problems of rubbish.

The visual impact caused when seeing the mountains of waste generated in a single day make the public become aware of the fact, accentuating the degree of sensitivity and deciding on active involvement in the participatory management processes to do with waste.

Garbiker follows an open doors policy for all collectives and groups wishing to gain first hand knowledge of the management models and treatment of the rubbish built up.

The facilities have an informative, educational office accessible to all.

We would like all wishing to do so to visit us and to get to know us.

Since 1997 up to the close of 2006, the Garbiker facilities have been visited by a total of 1053, with the participation of  35421 people.
